‘Internal Calm‘ is a saccharomyces boulardii yeast (5 billion strength) and has immunity and inflammation response, and mucous membrane support. Saccharomyces boulardii is a probiotic yeast with several potential benefits when incorporated into health food capsules.  It improves gut barrier function. S. Boulardii supports the protection of the intestinal linings from harmful bacteria, helping to maintain gut health. It eradicates pathogens and has been shown to eradicate pathogens in the gut contributing to healthier microbiome. S. boulardii yeast formula’ contains 5 billion micro-organisms per capsule, also olive leaf extract and a yeast, extracted from the lychee fruit. It is a micro-organism that differs greatly from other better-known species, like acidophilus and bifidobacterium bacteria strains for example. It produces anti-bacterial peptides which help combat harmful micro-organisms.

SACCHAROMYCES BOULARDIL stimulates the immune system by modulating the immune response and may enhance overall immune function. It has anti-inflammatory properties, potentially reducing inflammation in the gastrointestinal tract. It may prevent or alleviate diarrhoea during travel.

S. BOULARDIL  in ‘Internal Calm’  can protect the gut flora during anti-biotic treatment and aid in restoring the microbiome afterward. It may provide relief for IBS symptoms. there is some evidence that suggests potential benefits in managing Crohn’s disease and Colitis

Vitamin D, a consistent in ‘Internal Calm’ from Modern Day Supplements donates to the normal action of the immune system. Normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus, normal blood calcium levels. The upkeep of normal bones, and the upkeep of normal muscle action. It is needed for normal growth and development of bone in children.

Biotin  also a ingredient in Internal Calm from Modern Day Supplements donates to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal macronutrient metabolism, normal brain function, normal hair and skin and the upkeep of normal mucous membranes.

To get the best results from Internal Calm :- Take 1 capsule, 1 to 3 times per day before meals or as advised. Up to 6 capsules per day.
