All U/K Mainland orders are dispatched within 3 working days. Elsewhere, it takes a little longer
Suppose you return a Product to us within the 7-day cooling-off period. We’ll refund the full product price. We’ll also refund any standard delivery charges you originally paid. You’ll need to cover the cost of returning the item to us.
Refunds are processed as soon as possible, and always within 30 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
